Naresh Ajwani is a Chartered Accountant and Partner of Rashmin Sanghvi & Associates. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1988 and has been advising clients since then. He has specialised knowledge in the field of International Taxation and Foreign Exchange Management Act.

He is a regular contributor for articles in professional journals on International tax and FEMA. He has co-authored a book on FEMA with Mr. Rashmin Sanghvi (Partner) and Mr. K. G. Chaudhari (retired senior manager in the Reserve Bank of India).

He is a member of several Professional Societies including :
