Sushilkumar Gupta is an Engineering Graduate in Construction Engineering with post qualification experience of over 24 years in the construction and project management of projects like Metro Rail, Mono Rail, Railways, Bridges, Highways, Expressways and Infrastructure projects in and outside India. The author is practicing Contracts from last 18 years. Besides above, the author has a rich experience of over 7 years in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism.

- Fellow of Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), New Delhi,
- Fellow of Indian Institution of Technical Arbitrators (IITArb), Chennai and
- Member of Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MMIArb), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Based on his rich experience in the field of "Alternative Dispute Resolution", the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), New Delhi empaneled him as an Arbitrator in "ENGINEERS" category.
