He is functionally responsible for leading Audit & Assurance, Business intelligence services, Goods & Service tax, Regulatory and Transaction Advisory engagements in the firm. He is also responsible for leading technology advisory domain of practice of the firm.He is a qualified Chartered Accountant in India and a Bachelor of Commerce, honours from Delhi University; he is also a Certified Public Accountant (from AICPA, USA – Not in Public Practice) and a Certified Information System Auditor (C.I.S.A) and a Member of Information System Audit and Control Association, USA. In past he has worked and trained with one of the big fours, Deloitte.

He is a member of the Chamber of tax consultants. He is also a member of Income tax appellate bar association and sales tax bar association. He is also a member of the International Fiscal Association.He has 15+ years of experience in the field of Corporate law, Foreign exchange laws (FEMA/ RBI), Assurance, Accounting GAAP advisory, Indirect taxes (now GST), Transaction advisory and technology specializing, in International business advisory, cross border taxation, outsourcing and off-shoring, valuations, assurance, corporate legal matters, mergers and acquisitions, management consultancy & Information system audit and security.
