He is a M.Phil, M.Com & B.Ed and has also done postgraduate diploma courses in BusinessManagement and Marketing & Sales Management, recently he has also submitted his doctoralresearch on ?Problem of Debt Recovery by Urban Co-operative Banks?.Prof. P.M. Salwan has also co-authored a book ?Secretarial Practice? for XI standard syllabus ofMaharashtra State Board for Secondary & Higher Secondary Education where he has alsoshouldered responsibilities as Chief Modulator, Paper Setter and Translator for Class XII exams.His extensive knowledge of the subject and experience has benefited thousands of students,including that of; Nagpur branch of ICAI, G.S.
