Bhuwneshwar Mishra is FCS, LL.B and M.Sc. in Mathematics. He is a Non-executive Director on the Leadership Board of CORG Advisory Pvt. Ltd. a specialist firm in the space of personal and enterprise leadership; comprised of leadership coaches, risk and governance experts. He has been associated with ICSI and ICAI for numerous years on special assignments, and has continuously provided input and support to both these premier institutions. He is currently working as a General Manager & Company Secretary of GHCL Limited.

Over the past decade he has authored several articles on corporate governance, SEBI regulations and Company Law. He has authored books on “Law Relating to Insider Trading” and “Ethics Governance & Sustainability”. He is on the editorial board of Taxmann’s Company Law published in five volumes.

His expertise is in the field of Corporate laws, Securities laws, Compliance, Governance and Risk management, Listing regulations, Overseas subsidiary’s management, its funding and corporate restructuring, Stock options, Stakeholders’ engagement, and the development and implementation of process oriented compliance systems.
