SafeExim Digital Signature Certificate by Safescrypt
Safescrypt is authorized by DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) to issue Digital Signature Certificates form Safeexim to the Exporters of India. Safescrypt is licensed by Govt. of India to issue DSCs to individuals and organizations in India.
SafeEXIM is a product that comprises of a Digital Signature Certificate, a USB Token and Safe DoXX - a desktop signing utility. It empowers its users to securely communicate with the DGFT and Digitally Sign all transactions on the DGFT portal. It allows you to apply for your license online and digitally sign the request. Anyone who is authorized to sign the physical documents submitted to the DGFT can be given the digital signature so as to sign the documents or web forms electronically.
SafeEXIM can be used only by an Exporter or Importer registered with the DGFT in India. It is not open to any third party Any person from an EXIM organisation who is authorized to transact with DGFT on behalf of the organization or sign any documents that need to be submitted to the DGFT can use SafeEXIM.

Documents Required for application of Digital signature Proof of Right to do Business (POR) documents accepted for Safe EXIM. The EXIM Organisation needs to submit any one of the documents in the relevant category :

In case of a Limited Company under the Companies Act.
- Certificate of Incorporation. OR
- Memorandum and Articles of Association.

In the case of Registered Partnership Firms.
- Partnership Deed accompanied by the Registration Document issued by the Registrar of Firms under section 58 of the Indian Partnership Act. 1932. In the case of Unregistered Partnership Firms
- Partnership Deed accompanied by the Certificate of Importer Exporter Code issued by DGFT bearing the DGFT seal / Official Stamp of the Foreign Trade Officer. OR
- Partnership Deed accompanied by Sales Tax Registration document issued to the Firm by the local, state or central government sales tax authority. OR
- Partnership Deed accompanied by Copy of the Income Tax returns filed in the last two years accompanied by the PAN card issued to the Firm.

In the case of Sole Proprietorship Concern.
- Sales Tax Registration document issued to the Sole Proprietorship concern by the local, state or central government sales tax authority. OR
- Copy of the Income Tax returns filed in the last two years accompanied by the PAN card issued to the Sole Proprietorship concern. OR
- Importer Exporter Certificate Issued by DGFT along with 2 different Registration Cum Membership Certificate issued by Export Promotion Councils OR
- Importer Exporter Certificate Issued by DGFT accompanied by one Registration Cum Membership Certificate issued by Export Promotion Council and a Licence to start a Factory. OR
- 2 different Registration Cum Membership Certificate issued by Export Promotion Councils accompanied by a Licence to start a Factory.

In the case of Societies.
- Certificate of Registration OR
- Memorandum of Association, Rules, Regulations Byelaws.

- Send us required documents for processing Digital Signature Certificates along with application Form.

In case you require new etoken kindly add Rs. 1000/- towards etoken cost.

Since april 4 2011 safescrypt is issuing dsc of 2048 bits keylength which cannot be incorporated in 32K etoken.
