Dr. Vipan Kumar, a faculty member of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, is B.Com. (Hons.), LL.M., Ph.D. in International Taxation. He has an experience of more than 8 years of teaching subjects of corporate and taxation laws including Company Law, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Taxation Law, Corporate Taxation and International Investment Laws. He has been visiting various educational institutes throughout India to deliver guest lectures on Corporate and Taxation Laws.

The author is associated with reputed institutes in different capacities including Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a resource person and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). He is also a registered member of Law Society of England and Wales.

The author is actively involved in academic activities with more than 25 articles, 4  edited books and research project to his credit.
