Rajesh Elhance studied Engineering from Jodhpur University and subsequently did his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.  Prior to transitioning into academia, he has worked in the corporate world for over 30 years with reputed multinational companies including Xerox, Timex and AccountantsWorld at senior managerial positions.  Over last 10 years, he has taught in several business schools both in India and USA. He is passionate about helping students by supplementing the course curriculum with practical, real-world application and insights.
