Jyotinder Nath Tikku, ICLS, (FCA &'CS), is an Ex Senior level Grade 1 officer of MCA, presently working as practising Chartered Accountant having 30 years of exposure and experience in financial reporting covering trade and industry in respect of financial management and company disclosures; rendering of services like financial analysis, taxation, auditing, forensic accounting, corporate finance and insolvency. He has also worked on the convergence of IFRS into Indian Accounting Standard (Ind-AS) and was also the member of Company Law Advisory Board and Accounting Standard Board (ASB) of ICAI. In 2016-17 he was appointed as an Arbitrator-Conciliator on the panel of MCA.

Held a debate/discussion/ power presentation in the platform of all the bureaucrats particularly who are heading State Government Companies/Corporations. Actively debates with the State Government in order to reform the existing defects and to streamline their financial/legal systems as per the relevant laws.
