Nuclear Nonproliferation and the Nuclear Liability: The Law at Crossroad

since the discovery of fission and fusion reactions of atoms the dual nature of their use and misuse has heightened the attentions of the mankind . Horrors of Hiroshima and nagasaki andthe nuclear disasters at chernobyl and fukushima have shown to the world the dark side of this nuclear activity. At the same time glittering lights in paris indicate the other side of the coin in peaceful generation of electrical energy. The tremendous amount of enrgy released in the process of fission and fusion is amenable both to constructive and destructive purposes. People of the planet need to be told about irreversible and catastrophic consequences of intended and unintended non-peaceful uses of nuclear activities.
