Prof. Pitabas Mohanty was a Senior Visiting Scholar at Stern School ofBusiness, New York University in 2009-10. He is a Fellow of the Indian Instituteof Management, Bangalore. A Gold Medalist in MA (Applied Economics), he isalso a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Cost Accountant.He has got more than fifteen years of teaching experience in Investments andCorporate Finance. He has conducted numerous training programs for companiesin India and abroad including companies from Dubai, Qatar and Kuwait inCompany Valuation and Financial Modelling. He is the co-author of books on‘Investments’ and ‘Principles of Corporate Finance’ published by the McGrawHill Education. He is actively into research in corporate finance and investmentswith many publications in books and referred journals. He has consulted a fewcompanies in valuation of companies. He has won numerous research awardsat various research conferences.
