What is common in the chapters is not the epistemology of law, but a desire for the betterment, if not a dream for the ideal. A common thread across the chapters which my publisher was looking for was actually there. It was not made; it just existed, as a feeling. However, it needed enormous efforts to update and revise the chapters, which were independent articles, and to indicate the sources.
